StayAPT Suites is an apartment style hotel focused on providing guests the comforts and experiences of everyday living despite being away from home. Our firm had the unique opportunity to work with the brand to help create, design, and implement the brand-new 2 & 3 story prototype hotel concepts. Each hotel features a mix of 500 s.f. guest rooms organized around a lush amenity courtyard. Modeled after a contemporary apartment, each guestroom contains separate bed, bath, kitchen, and living spaces. Multiple window walls, sophisticated technological updates, and access to public amenity spaces give guests a comfortable and unique stay experience. In additional to prototype design services, Studio Z also designed 12 of the hotel's first locations.
