Residence Inn

Our fully-custom narrow bay style Residence Inn sits on an oceanfront property in the quiet town of Ormond Beach, FL. The building’s exterior, which takes its cues from traditional Florida vernacular, represents Studio Z’s take on a contemporary Florida Cracker style of architecture. The 5 story hotel contains 137 guestrooms, with over 60% yielding oceanfront views. The hotel’s public spaces seamlessly blend into the exterior raised pool deck through generous glazing and an indoor/outdoor bar. Studio Z worked with Volusia country to create a private beach access path and amenity deck for guests.
