Located on an oceanfront site, this hotel will become one of the first AC Retreats by Marriott in the world. The revolutionary brand brings the sophisticated and upscale feel of the AC brand to a more leisure centric market. The 11-story property will feature a beach-front bar, pool, and kid’s zone; 4,500 s.f. of oceanfront event space; 176 unique guestrooms; and a rooftop restaurant and bar. Studio Z designed this long and narrow lot to be ocean-centric. Instead of activating the busy street front, our team focused public and high traffic areas on the oceanfront façade.
