AC Hotel

Located in Daytona Beach, this hotel will become one of the first oceanfront AC Hotels in the world. Our team worked with Marriott to modify the popular AC brand to accomodate the leisure centric market and clientele, while maintaining the brands sophisticated, contemporary, and upscale feel. The 9-story property will feature a beach-front bar, pool, and kid’s zone; 4,500 s.f. of oceanfront event space; 176 unique guestrooms; and an elevated restaurant and bar. Studio Z designed this long and narrow lot to be ocean-centric. Instead of activating the busy street front, our team focused public and high traffic areas on the oceanfront façade.
