On a rare downtown site in the coastal town of Fernandina Beach, Florida, our team worked within the context of the existing historic neighborhood to create the proposed residential community design. Twelve new residences span the site, each featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and a private driveway. Special care was taken by the design team to proportionally match surrounding building scale, architectural detailing, and materials to seamlessly blend this new neighborhood into its existing context.
