On a rare downtown site in the coastal town of Fernandina Beach, Florida, our team worked within the context of the existing historic neighborhood to create the proposed residential building design. The four story structure features studio, one, and two bedroom units with a mix of luxury and affordable pricing. The twenty-nine unit building features private resident amenities and a private covered parking lot. Special care was taken by the design team to proportionally match surrounding building scale, architectural detailing, and materials to seamlessly blend this new building into its existing context.
